At Signings by Marion, you’ll always receive your pricing upfront. Pennsylvania regulates the notarial stamp fee at $5 per act, but mobile notarization involves much more than the stamp itself. My fees reflect the travel, time, preparation, and professional service needed to complete your appointment correctly and conveniently at your location.
You’ll always know your total price before scheduling, so you can book with confidence.
Standard Notarial Fees (State-Regulated)
These fees apply to all Pennsylvania notaries:
- $5 per notarial act (per signature notarized)
This fee covers the stamp only—not the service that comes with mobile notarization.
Mobile Notary Service Fees
Mobile fees vary based on:
- Your location
- Type of document or signing
- Travel requirements
- Urgency of the appointment
After-hours, weekend, or last-minute requests may include an additional fee.
Your exact total will always be provided before booking.
Additional witnesses, extra signatures, parking fees, or extended wait times may increase the total fee.

Please be advised that once appointment(s) for services are scheduled, payment(s) for services are non-refundable. The entire quoted amount is due whether you or your party refuse to sign. A credit card payment is required to make a reservation. Cancellations are offered a credit for a future visit within 10 days of your original appointment. Pricing for Mobile Notary appointments are subject to change based on travel distance.
