DOCUMENT UPLOADS AND APOSTILLE SERVICE REQUESTS

Signings By Marion, LLC uses uploaded documents only for purposes related to your service request, including preliminary document review, determining the appropriate apostille or authentication process, communicating with you about your request, preparing a service quote, and providing services you authorize.
Uploaded documents are transferred from our website to cloud storage used by Signings By Marion, LLC for document processing and review. Our current document-upload system uses Google Drive as a cloud storage provider. After a successful transfer to the designated cloud storage account, the local uploaded copy is configured to be deleted from our website server.
We may use third-party service providers to operate our website, process form submissions, store documents, process payments, or otherwise provide services necessary to fulfill your request. These service providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
We do not sell uploaded documents or the personal information contained in them. Documents may also be disclosed when necessary to provide a service you have requested, when you authorize the disclosure, or when disclosure is required by law.
Please do not email sensitive documents unless specifically instructed to do so. When available, use the document-upload method provided with our apostille or authentication service request.
PRELIMINARY DOCUMENT REVIEW
Any review of documents submitted through our website is preliminary and does not guarantee that a document will be accepted for an apostille, authentication, legalization, recording, filing, or other governmental purpose.
Signings By Marion, LLC does not issue apostilles or government authentications. Apostilles, certifications, authentications, and legalizations are issued or processed by the applicable government authority.
